Sushi Omakase – Roseville
Sushi Passport Loyalty Program

1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in the Sushi Passport loyalty program ("Program"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not enroll in or use the Program.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sushi Omakase – Roseville ("we," "us," or "our").
2. Program Overview
The Sushi Passport is a digital loyalty program for guests of Sushi Omakase – Roseville. Participants earn stamps for qualifying visits and redeem rewards as described below. The Program is accessible via the Sushi Passport web app.
3. Eligibility
To participate in the Sushi Passport program, you must:
- •Be 18 years of age or older
- •Provide a valid U.S. mobile phone number capable of receiving SMS messages
- •Agree to receive SMS communications as described in our Privacy Policy
- •Not have been previously removed from the Program for violation of these Terms
One account per phone number. Multiple accounts are not permitted.
4. How the Program Works
Earning Stamps
- •Each qualifying visit earns one (1) stamp
- •To validate a visit, you must enter the daily PIN provided by restaurant staff at the time of your visit
- •The daily PIN changes each day and is only available from staff during your visit
- •Only one stamp may be earned per day, per phone number
- •Stamps are non-transferable
Rewards
Rewards are earned at the following stamp milestones:

After your 4th stamp and reward redemption, your passport resets and you may begin earning stamps again.
Reward Redemption
- •Rewards must be shown to and redeemed by restaurant staff at the time of your visit
- •Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items
- •Rewards cannot be combined with other offers or discounts unless otherwise stated
- •We reserve the right to verify redemption and refuse rewards obtained fraudulently
5. Program Expiration
The Sushi Passport program expires on August 30, 2026. All unredeemed stamps and rewards expire on that date and have no value after expiration. We are not obligated to extend the Program or provide compensation for expired rewards.
6. SMS Communications
By enrolling, you consent to receive automated SMS text messages related to the Program, including visit confirmations, reward notifications, and re-engagement reminders. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.
To opt out of SMS messages, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP. Opting out of SMS will not delete your account but will prevent us from notifying you of rewards.
7. Program Modifications and Termination
We reserve the right to:
- •Modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time with or without notice
- •Change reward structures, eligibility requirements, or Program terms
- •Disqualify participants who violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity
- •Limit Program participation at our discretion
In the event of Program termination before August 30, 2026, we will make reasonable efforts to notify participants via SMS.
8. Account and Data
Your Sushi Passport account is tied to your mobile phone number. You are responsible for maintaining access to the phone number associated with your account. If you change your phone number, contact us to update your account.
We collect and use your information as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- •Create multiple accounts or share accounts with others
- •Use false or fraudulent information to enroll or earn stamps
- •Attempt to manipulate, hack, or exploit the Program or its systems
- •Use automated tools or bots to interact with the Program
- •Transfer, sell, or barter stamps or rewards
We reserve the right to void all stamps and rewards and terminate the account of any participant found to be in violation.
10. Disclaimers
THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PROGRAM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TECHNICAL FAILURES, DATA LOSS, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS THE PROGRAM.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SUSHI OMAKASE – ROSEVILLE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM OR USE OF THE SUSHI PASSPORT APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE PROGRAM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE VALUE OF THE REWARDS DIRECTLY AT ISSUE.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Program shall be resolved in the courts of Placer County, California.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted in the Sushi Passport app with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
